Encounter Mara Camp is located on the edge of an acacia forest in Mara Naboisho Conservancy, a conservancy with a total size of around 200 square kilometers. The camp has a total of 10 simple but stylish tents, including 2 family tents and 2 triple tents. Children of 5 years and above are allowed in the camp.

Encounter Mara Camp has a swimming pool and a viewing deck overlooking the nearby salt lick.  Wifi within the camp is available, but network availability is variable.The rooms have safari bucket showers, with hot water available on simple request and a private safety deposit box. Like its more luxurious sister camp Naboisho, Encounter Mara also has a communal dining table.

Your gamepackage will include both day and night gamedrives in the quiet Naboisho Conservancy. The conservancy has a high density of resident wildlife, especially lions and cheetahs.

The special modified photographic vehicle stationed at Naboisho Camp, can also be booked for guests of Encounter Mara Camp.
