Tsavo West National Park
Tsavo West has a volcanic landscape and a much denser vegetation than its neighbouring parks, making it more difficult to spot some animals. Nevertheless, the varied landscape and the wonderful Mzima Springs make it definitely worth a visit. The pools formed by Mzima Springs are an ideal home for hippo's, crocodile and water birds.

The dense vegetation also makes it a perfect location for birdwatching, especially during the months from October to January, when many migratory birds are present. Tsavo West has over 500 bird species recorded.

Voyager Ziwani is location in Ziwani Conservancy bordering Tsavo West on the west side, with good access to Tsavo West NP. Soroi Lions Bluff is located within Lumo Conservancy, a wonderful private conservancy on the east side of Tsavo West NP.
